Paul Alan Freshney, based in Newark, Nottinghamshire, England.

After many years of writing computer software I realised that I wanted to persue an interest that I'd had for more than twenty years. I bought a new camera and some lenses and went outside! Here I am, many months later...

In my free time I'm happy photographing most things but have a keen interest in nature, wildlife, aircraft, and motor vehicles of all kinds. Click on the gallery link above for a selection of my favourite images and those of recent events.

I use a Nikon D7000 with MB-D11 grip and the following lenses:
